this is the best pub in the whole of york and the land lord is awesome thanks for my bithday danny.

In a numbers game I would have to give it 8/10. There is plenty to choose from and there is always the specials boards! I went for Sunday Lunch, and the remarks about the gravy are perfectly justified. Despite it being a Motel, the pub side of things seems to carry on in a natural way. I liked it.

quality service, just the very best. its got nowt to do with the fact that im in love with the owners daughter. nowt what so ever. o by the way, the barmaids might be a lessy so any lads out there, go for a pint.
